Important Notes
Ensure that the group has no users assigned to it before deletion.
If you attempt to delete a group with users still assigned, an error message will appear stating: "Members are assigned to this level, so it cannot be deleted." Before deleting a Group, you must remove the users first. If needed, refer to the article "How to Remove a User" for guidance on removing users from the group.

Log in to Ankored
Use your login credentials to access your Ankored account.
Navigate to the Hierarchy Tab
Before deleting a Group, you must remove the users first. If needed, refer to the article "How to Remove a User" for guidance on removing users from the group. Once logged in, click on the Hierarchy tab in the main menu.
Find the Group to Delete
Locate the group you wish to delete.
Click the ellipsis (⋮) on the right-hand side of the group name.
Select "Delete"
From the dropdown options, click Delete.
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation pop-up will appear, displaying the name of the group to be deleted.
Double-check that it is the correct group.
Click Delete to complete the process.
