How to Access Flagged Background Checks
Where to review flagged background checks:
Flagged background checks will appear in the Review Requirements section in Ankored. You can access this by logging in through Ankored or directly through your provider (YardStik, JDP, NCSI, etc.). The action for the report decision will be taken in the providers portal.
What is Adjudication?
Adjudication is the step where you, as the hiring party, review an individual's background check results and decide whether to allow the individual to participate in your program.
How Adjudication Works
Report decisions are managed by your background check provider. The decision you make about the individual is then mapped directly back into Ankored.
After you make your decision:
If you choose to proceed with the individual, they will be marked as Cleared for the background check requirement
If you choose not to proceed with them, their status will show "Qualifications Not Met" and their Ankored profile will be suspended
