Ankored integrates with the U.S. Soccer Learning Center to automatically sync your certifications and training completions. To enable this connection, you need to link your USSF ID to your Ankored profile.

A USSF ID is the unique identification number assigned to individuals registered with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). This identifier is used for roles like coaching, refereeing, or playing, and tracks your certifications, licenses, and compliance status in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center.

Your Ankored profile connects to the U.S. Soccer Learning Center in three ways:

1. Email Match - If your Ankored email matches your U.S. Soccer Learning Center email, the accounts automatically connect via your USSF ID.

2. Name & DOB Match - If your first name, last name, and date of birth match between Ankored and the U.S. Soccer Learning Center, automatic connection occurs via your USSF ID.

3. Manual Entry - If you aren't automatically matched, you'll need to manually enter your USSF ID in Ankored.

Your connected USSF ID is displayed on your U.S. Soccer requirement in Ankored, so you can confirm the right account is linked.

If the wrong ID was connected (for example, if you have more than one U.S. Soccer account), you can enter the correct 16-digit USSF ID at any time, even after another ID is already connected. For security, the ID you enter must match your date of birth on file in Ankored. Once the new ID is accepted, your licenses re-sync within a few minutes.

Complete Your Training - You must complete your actual certifications and training in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center. Ankored acts as a bridge that pulls completion data automatically. It does not host the training itself.

Automatic Syncing - Once your accounts are connected, certifications you've already completed in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center show as complete in Ankored. Incomplete requirements stay incomplete until you complete them in the Learning Center.

When Updates Appear - Ankored refreshes your U.S. Soccer license and certification data once per day (overnight, at 6:00 AM UTC). The first time your USSF ID is matched, Ankored also runs an initial pull, so your existing certifications appear within a few minutes of connecting. After that, new completions and expiration changes are picked up at the next daily refresh.

Expiration Dates - For any certification that has an expiration date, that date is pulled into Ankored and refreshed during the daily sync. An expiring or expired U.S. Soccer certification is reflected in your Ankored requirement status without any manual action on your part, typically by the next daily refresh.

Your USSF ID is a 16-digit number. You can find it in your U.S. Soccer Learning Center profile (log in at https://learning.ussoccer.com and open your Profile), through the U.S. Soccer Directory, or on a physical ID card for certain roles like referees.

Date of Birth Matching - Your DOB in Ankored must match your DOB in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center for automatic syncing to work. If it doesn't match, update the incorrect DOB:

Date of Birth Is Required to Connect - A date of birth on file is required to connect your USSF ID and look up your licenses. If Ankored doesn't have your date of birth, your U.S. Soccer requirement will show a prompt asking you to add it. The connection retries automatically once it's added.

Directory Limitations - The U.S. Soccer Directory does not share Personal Identifiable Information (PII). U.S. Soccer does not approve, assign, or register participants for competitions outside of its covered personnel. Only certifications on file with U.S. Soccer can be verified. Coaching or referee qualifications issued by other organizations will not display.
