How to Run a Report in Ankored

Running a report in Ankored is quick and flexible. Follow these steps:

1. Go to Reports

From your Dashboard, click on Reports.

2. Choose Your Report Type

Select either:

  • By Requirements

  • By Users

  • Age Verification (if applicable)

  • Form Data (if applicable) This is for when you have digital forms with Ankored and need to export the entry data.

3. Apply Filters

Use the filters to narrow down your results:

  • Role

  • Requirement Name

  • Status

  • Completed

  • Groups

Click Apply Filters once you’ve selected your criteria.

4. Export the Report

  • Click Export

  • Then select Export Report (CSV)

Your report will download as a CSV file, ready to open in Excel.
