The Admin Dashboard is your landing view in Ankored and your daily home for managing compliance across your organization. Instead of running reports, exporting CSVs, or chasing team admins for status updates, you get a live view of every member and every program in one screen.
This article walks through what each section does and how to use it.
Getting there
The Dashboard is the first screen you land on after logging in. You can also reach it any time from the left navigation by clicking Dashboard.
The three tabs
The Dashboard is organized into three tabs across the top:
Members Overview (default view)
Programs Overview
Activity Log
Members Overview
This is your default landing view. It answers the question, "Who is cleared to play/coach, and who still needs attention?"
KPI cards
Across the top, you'll see live counts for:
Total Members
Cleared Members
Incomplete Members
Disqualified Members
Members with Inviting Pending
Members with Background Checks to Review
Members Requiring Review
Every card is a filter. Click Incomplete Members and the All Members table below instantly becomes a working list of just those members. Click again to clear the filter.
All Members table
Below the KPI cards, the All Members table shows each member with their email, program, role, and compliance status. You can sort any column by clicking the header arrows.
Programs Overview
This tab uses the same KPI-card pattern, applied at the program level. Use it when you want to know which programs are ready for play and which need attention before the next game or session.

All Programs table
Each row shows a program with its parent program, total members, cleared members, incomplete members, invite pending count, and review-required members. Programs that are inactive are tagged so you can spot them at a glance.
Tip: Use the "Show active programs only" toggle in the left sidebar if you want to hide inactive programs from your program list.
Activity Log (Not available today, but coming in a future release)
The Activity Log is your audit trail. Every meaningful action in your organization (role changes, program updates, permission changes, and more) is captured here with the user who performed it, who was affected, and when.
You can:
Search by event or user name
Filter by Event Type, Performed By, User Affected, or Date
Export the log for record-keeping or compliance reviews

The left sidebar gives you quick access to the rest of Ankored:
Requirements Review (with a badge showing items awaiting your review)
Requirements Library
Add Members
Reports
Below that, your Programs list lets you drill into any program directly. Use the search bar to find a specific program, or expand a season (like Fall Soccer) to see its age groups.
